Responsibilities
1. Develop and maintain production schedules for maintenance and engineering activities
2. Coordinate workflows across multiple departments and suppliers
3. Track progress, manage delays, and update schedules accordingly
4. Release and manage work orders via SAP or similar systems
5. Ensure accurate reporting and record keeping
6. Support resource and access planning in a safety-critical environment
7. Identify issues and support continuous improvement
Essential Skills & Experience
8. Experience in production planning/scheduling within rail, transport, infrastructure, or engineering
9. Strong SAP (or similar system) experience
10. Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills
11. Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
12. Experience working in regulated or safety-critical environments
Desirable
13. Rail or infrastructure maintenance background
14. Knowledge of maintenance planning or possession/access coordination
15. Process improvement experience
