Progress Chaser Responsibilities: Track Vehicle Progress: Monitor and track the progress of vehicles through the dealership's sales process, from order placement to delivery. Communication: Effectively communicate with customers and sales staff, ensuring everyone is informed about the status of each vehicle. Customer Follow-Up: Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. Vehicle Management: Check-in new and used cars, arrange valeting, fuel cars, and provide ad hoc driving support for the team. Handover Preparation: Assist in preparing for the handover of vehicles, ensuring a smooth transition for customers. Showroom Standards: Maintain showroom standards to present a professional and welcoming environment. Photography Coordination: Organize photography for the sale of used cars, contributing to effective mark eting. Auction Car Management: Manage the storage and disposal of auction cars. Advertising Platforms: Keep advertising platforms up to date with accurate and engaging information. Forecourt Presentations: Assist with forecourt presentations to enhance the visual appeal of the dealership. Qualifications: Previous experience in a similar role within the automotive industry is preferred. Excellent organisational and communication skills. Ability to multitask and manage various responsibilities effectively. A valid full driver's license and a clean driving record.
