The Opportunity
This role reports to the Senior Manager, People and Culture. As a part of the People team, you'll deliver our recruitment strategy with a primary focus on building a high performing, inclusive and positive workforce through effective recruitment and onboarding initiatives.
Your key responsibilities will include coordinating end-to-end recruitment processes, managing onboarding initiatives, scheduling interviews, engaging with candidates, delivering exceptional candidate experience, and collaborating working with various internal stakeholders.
While this is a full‑time position, we are open to flexible arrangements, including the option to work 4 or 5 days per week.

You are someone who brings a people‑first perspective to recruitment and enjoys working in a collaborative team setting. You are detail‑oriented, shows initiative, communicates effectively with a variety of stakeholders, and is capable of upholding confidentiality and integrity in your job.
