The successful candidate will be responsible for developing innovative solutions that meet customer needs while ensuring alignment with internal manufacturing and quality performance targets. This role includes planning and executing product line trials and managing projects through collaboration with Commercial and Supply Chain teams.

Several years of experience in R&D or Supply Chain, including managing innovation projects.
