Role Responsibilities: Teach English across KS3 and KS4, planning and delivering lessons that engage, challenge and inspire. Support students who may face barriers to learning, using patience, structure and encouragement. Create a classroom culture built on respect, consistency and high expectations. Differentiate lessons to meet the needs of a diverse student population. Contribute to the wider school community, being a positive role model and supportive colleague. We are looking for someone who: Is a qualified English Teacher (QTS or equivalent) or an ECT with strong subject knowledge.
