Your Role
Lead, coach, and inspire your team to deliver exceptional client experiences and meet sales targets. Recruit, develop, and mentor future retail leaders. Drive profitability through effective stock management, visual excellence, and cost control. Oversee daily operations, audits, and compliance. You’re a passionate and experienced retail leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll bring:
* 3+ years’ experience in fashion retail management (multi-site leadership highly regarded)
