You’ll welcome and engage with guests throughout their stay, offering personalised service and thoughtful recommendations that showcase your knowledge of the hotel and local area.
You’ll assist with arrivals, luggage, and guest orientation, ensuring a smooth and memorable experience from the moment they step through the door. Strong teamwork and clear communication with all departments are essential, helping deliver seamless service, excellence and consistency of daily activities.
