We are seeking a Private Client Solicitor with additional experience in managing Residential Conveyancing matters. The primary workload will involve Probate, with smaller duties related to Wills, Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs), Deputyships, and Residential Conveyancing.
Our firm boasts a team of experienced solicitors, and we are looking for a more junior solicitor to bring new energy and perspectives. The ideal candidate will have 6 to 8 years of experience, though we are open to applicants outside this range if they meet our requirements.
Our practice is highly technology-driven, so candidates should be confident with technological tools or eager to learn. Experience with case management software, AI assistive technologies (ethically and compliantly), and e-signature software is preferred.
What We Offer
We seek a part-time solicitor working 3 to 4 days a week. As a small firm, we offer flexible start and finish times, with options for remote work or outside normal hours where reasonable.
The salary is competitive and negotiable based on experience and hours worked.
We prioritize employee wellbeing through a supportive environment, regular health and wellbeing sessions, and health insurance (pro-rated) via Vitality, which offers extensive rewards.
