Your Responsibilities
* Motivate and support your team while learning from our Leadership and Company Principles.
* Swiftly solve problems and delegate tasks effectively.
* Create an environment where your colleagues can thrive alongside you.
* Manage store operations in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager.
* Handle freshness, cash processes, inventory, and stock management to ensure smooth shifts.
* Deliver an exceptional customer experience every time they visit your store.
What You’ll Need
* Experience in leading a sizable team to achieve targets in a fast-paced environment.
* The ability to effectively delegate tasks and motivate your team.
* Patience and a friendly demeanor, with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
* A passion for being a key part of the Store Team.
* A proactive and encouraging approach to help your colleagues develop and improve store operations.
