The Role As a Driver / Laundry Operative, you'll be at the heart of the business, combining laundry duties with driving responsibilities. You'll drive a Luton van with a tail lift to deliver and collect laundry, and help keep operations running smoothly in the facility. This position also offers the opportunity to develop and progress into a Transport Manager role, where you would be responsible for managing drivers, routes, and the vehicle fleet as the business continues to grow.
