About the Opportunity NRL is recruiting on behalf of a client for experienced Project Managers to support their long-term work. This is an exciting opportunity to lead complex nuclear projects within one of the UK’s most safety-critical environments, contributing directly to the UK’s clean energy future. What You’ll Be Doing As Project Manager, you will: Lead the safe delivery of projects in line with company procedures and client expectations, ensuring all project objectives are achieved within the agreed time, cost, and quality baselines. Develop and implement project execution strategies in agreement with the client’s Project Portfolio Manager (PPM). Coordinate cross-functional project teams, engaging with internal departments, client stakeholders, and supply chain partners. Ensure effective management of project scope, risks, budgets, and schedules throughout the full lifecycle. Uphold high standards of safety, quality, and environmental compliance, including adherence to CDM and other regulatory frameworks. Prepare key project documentation including business cases, sanction papers, and performance reports. Act as the main point of contact between the client and the Operations Manager for project delivery. Occasionally travel to other UK sites as required.
