Confident testing complex, multi-step workflows, including state and time-based logic. Strong attention to detail, especially with figures and records. Responsibilities: Test end-to-end chasing flows, including triggers, escalations, exceptions, and regressions. Reconcile dashboards with source records and validate calculations, edge cases, and payment rules. Raise clear, actionable bugs and flag gaps against business rules. Align with Product and Ops on expected outcomes for complex logic. Maintain automation-ready test cases. Identify high-value scenarios and improve testability with engineering.
