Assembly Operative / £12.21 Per Hour / Monday to Friday / 08:00am to 4:30pm / Temporary Ongoing
Hales Group is pleased to be working with a valued client in Diss to recruit an Assembly Operative for their Surface Mount Assembly Department. We are looking for a dedicated individual to join their dynamic electronics manufacturing team.
The Role:
You will be part of a fast-paced Surface Mount Electronics Department, where precision and quality are vital. Full training will be provided to support your development, whether you're experienced or a trainee.
Knowledge & Experience (Training provided):
* Experience operating Surface Mount Machines (Europlacer experience beneficial)
* Ability to read and understand assembly drawing packages
* Confidence in reading component markings
* Quality-conscious with strong attention to detail
* Experience with X-ray inspection and AOI is advantageous
* Knowledge of IPC standards
