Are you an experienced HR Advisor looking for an exciting new opportunity? Our client, a well-established organisation, is seeking a talented HR professional to join their team. As an HR Advisor, you will play a vital role in implementing HR strategies to support the overall business strategy.
Monday- Friday, 9am-5pm, 35hr per week, 25 days hoiday plus BH.
Responsibilities:
1. Implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
2. Manage the company's appraisal system and conduct appraisal meetings following HQ guidelines.
3. Implement and manage pay structures and employee perks and benefits following HQ guidelines.
4. Handle all human resource management functions, from recruitment to retention, for staff in the UK office and overseas office.
5. Verify and consolidate compensation for staff and manage payroll for both weekly and monthly paid employees.
6. Manage staff benefits including annual leave, medical benefits, business trips, and reimbursement.
7. Stay updated on Employment Act, Employment Law, and local HR practises.
8. Collaborate with outsourcing parties for recruitment and employment compliance.
9. Communicate and provide support to the Senior Management team.
10. Conduct disciplinary actions, personnel actions, and terminations when necessary.
11. Coordinate with Finance and related departments for manpower costing and budgeting.
12. Maintain employee data in the HR system.
13. Develop and monitor overall HR policies, systems, tactics, and procedures.
14. Foster a positive working environment.
15. Assess training needs and implement training programmes.
16. Provide decision support to management through HR metrics.
17. Ensure legal compliance throughout HR management.
18. Ensure all HR documents and procedures are followed.
19. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
Qualifications:
20. Bachelor's degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field.
21. CIPD Level 5 HR certification is required.
22. Proven working experience as an HR Advisor.
23. Strong knowledge of HR metrics and systems.
24. Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
25. People-oriented and results-driven.
26. Ability to build and manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the organisation.
27. In-depth knowledge of Employment law and HR best practises.
28. Familiarity with global or international HR platforms.
29. Positive attitude, maturity, detail-oriented, result-driven with a high sense of responsibility.
30. Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
31. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
