This role is based at our Weybridge site and involves working in a close-knit team in a varied, people-focused environment.
Responsibilities
* Office & Facilities Coordination: support the smooth running of daily office operations in Weybridge, including the staff restaurant; escalate facilities-related issues to the Manager, HR Services as needed.
* HR & Project Administration: provide high-quality administrative support across HR initiatives and projects; ensure timely and accurate data entry into systems such as Workday; manage purchase orders for HR and Facilities.
* Policy Advice & Process Expertise: offer clear, accurate guidance to managers and employees on tier-one employment policies (e.g. maternity, compassionate leave); act as a Subject Matter Expert in key HR processes including starters, leavers, Learning & Development, Employee Relations, and Benefits; ensure compliance with UK employment legislation, company policies, and relevant regulations.
* Collaboration & Continuous Improvement: work closely with the wider HR team to escalate queries to specialist teams (e.g. Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits); challenge existing ways of working and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
* Health & Safety: attend Health & Safety meetings and support follow-up actions, including ensuring adequate Fire Marshalls and Mental Health First Aiders.
Qualifications
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams.
* Experienced in office or administrative roles, with a focus on customer service and support.
* Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
* Confident communicating with colleagues at all levels and building strong working relationships.
* Curious and solutions-focused, with a proactive approach to resolving issues and improving processes.
