What You'll Be Doing:
* Leading the administration and optimisation of the Salesforce platform
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions
* Supporting CI/CD pipeline integration and automation
* Driving best practices in Salesforce configuration, security, and data integrity
* Mentoring junior admins and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator
* Salesforce certifications
* Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies
* Omnichannel and Gearset experience (bonus!)
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
