The Role The successful candidate will manage multiple terminals around the UK with travel a requirement. As part of the role, you will be required to lead and manage the efficient and effective delivery of all operational contracts within the division, ensuring full compliance with HSEQ standards, financial performance, operational targets and stakeholder expectations. This will include direct accountability for low-to-medium complexity regional contracts, while supporting strategic alignment across all sites in accordance with the company’s values, behaviours and business processes. Principal Responsibilities * Ensure consistent service delivery and operational excellence across all sites, maintaining high standards of safety, performance and client satisfaction * Lead and inspire multiple operational teams, fostering a culture of engagement, development and accountability through Briggs' Values, Behaviours & Performance framework * Act as a key ambassador of the company, building trusted relationships with clients and external stakeholders to promote confidence and satisfaction * Identify opportunities to grow and enhance existing services, supporting the expansion of business operations in collaboration with existing clients and sites * Support the development and implementation of strategic and operational initiatives to drive continuous improvement and business growth, working closely with the General Manager The Candidate * Relevant Level 5 or above qualification in Operations, Business or Engineering * Health and Safety qualification (e.g. NEBOSH General Certificate) * Detailed knowledge of terminal operations and extensive experience in multi-site operational leadership * Strong track record of delivering strategic goals through operational leadership * Full UK Driving Licence What’s in it for you?
