Senior Internal Sales Support – Coleshill
Up to £37,000 | Office‑based | Full-Time
Citrus Recruit are delighted to partner exclusively with a growing manufacturer in Coleshill to recruit a Senior Internal Sales Support professional. This is an exciting opportunity for someone ready to step into a more senior position, with the scope to develop into a Team Leader while managing your own workload.
You’ll join a close-knit team of two, providing essential sales support, processing daily orders, and working closely with both the external sales and production teams to drive efficiency and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
As Senior Internal Sales Support, you will:
* Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
* Manage the main sales inbox and phone line, processing orders, handling data entry, invoicing, and occasional returns/credit notes.
* Maintain and update customer records in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
* Liaise with Production, Warehouse, and Accounts teams to coordinate orders, deliveries, and customer account queries.
* Generate quotes for the External Sales team as needed.
* Assist in training new team members and supporting continuous improvement.
Skills & Experience
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
* Proven experience in Senior Internal Sales or Sales Support.
* Background in a manufacturing environment.
* Experience using SYSPRO or other ERP systems (desirable).
* Ambition to progress into a Team Leader position.
