Responsibilities
* Product marketing for existing solutions
* Create and develop the toolkit available to support product sales of existing products and ensure updates are made in a timely manner
* Develop user and buyer personas
* Research the market to understand the competitive environment
* Collaborate with the marketing team to create materials that highlight product features and benefits
* Train the sales teams on articulating the products’ benefits to prospects
* Assist with the creation and delivery of demand creation initiatives to raise awareness of the value propositions across the product range
* Develop high-level sales tools (case studies, references, white papers, or event support) with appropriate teams
* Coordinate internal announcements to regional teams to ensure timely release of new information
* Ensure all new materials and release information are available
Support New Product Releases
* Work from the agreed product release plan to prepare a range of sales tools for product launches, varying by product
Value proposition – Lead the development and articulation of a strong value proposition for the target market and customers.
Skills, Knowledge And Experience
* Degree in marketing, product development, or a related business field
* Marketing finesse, strategic thinking and product understanding
* Strong written and verbal communication to convey product value propositions
* Ability to understand technical software and translate features into customer value
* Collaboration with cross-functional teams (product development, sales, marketing, customer support)
* Creative ideas for product positioning, messaging and campaigns
* Proficiency in data analysis to measure content strategy effectiveness and inform decisions
* Ability to quickly grasp features and benefits and highlight unique selling points
* Previous experience in product marketing, especially in a product-focused role
* Familiarity with the ERP industry
