An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Personal Assistant to the Chief Officer with Argyll & Bute Health and Social Care Partnership. Argyll and Bute Health and Social Care Partnership is responsible for the planning and delivery of all community based health and social care services for adults and children in Argyll and Bute. Our vision and objectives are that “people in Argyll and Bute will live longer, healthier, independent lives”. Services include community hospitals and a range of community based health and social care services with a focus on specific care groups and working in partnership with our local communities.
Responsibilities
* Take managerial responsibility and professional leadership for a designated team of personal assistants.
* Ensure the effective management of the office of the Chief Officer.
* Use own initiative, be responsive and forward thinking with excellent interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
* Excellent organisational, administrative and communication skills.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.
