Key Tasks
* Perform the operational preparation work and the technical support to enable vibration test execution testing, including the following:
o Running Tests
* Review and analysis of post test data
* Compiling of test data, producing test certification and reports
* Mechanical operations on test facilities to support desired test setup
* Perform Operational Test Preparation tasks
* Maintain test instrumentation, facilities and equipment
* Perform daily /Monthly Audits routines
* Responsible for delivering On Time, On Cost and On Quality
Essential skills
* Solid knowledge of vibration testing techniques and associated mechanical processes.
* Hands-on experience in assembling mechanical test rigs and interpreting technical documentation.
* Capable of working independently with flexibility to accommodate non-standard working hours.
* Perform electrical functional tests on a variety of Mechanisms Products SADMs & ADTMs, Start up Currents, inrush Voltages, Insulation resistances, continuity checks, IR measurements
* Design and manufacture of bespoke test setups and tooling
* Support internal and external audits
* Liaise with internal and external customers about their projects
* Working knowledge of M+P international Vibrunner software
