Responsibilities:
* Demonstrate and deliver safe building works, repairs, and installation of drying programs, identifying best practices for water escape situations in customer properties.
* Develop settlement plans with customers to resolve claims effectively.
* Coordinate temporary accommodations or solutions for customers as needed.
* Manage company equipment, including a vehicle, and travel across various locations.
* Escalate complex issues to your Surveying Lead and collaborate with other suppliers within Hastings Home Claim supply chain.
* Work with operational leads to enhance your skills for optimal survey outcomes, drying times, and settlement efficiency.
Skills we value:
* Extensive knowledge of Flood/Escape Damage Management, safety regulations, and relevant legislation.
* Experience with damage perils, restoration scenarios, and use of tools/equipment.
* BDMA or equivalent qualification, with experience in managing domestic property claims and excellent customer care skills.
