Job Description:
Locum Dentist required to join the team at our St Michaels Dental, Wakefield practice.
* Start Date: Available Immediately or a later start can be accommodated.
* Days and Hours: 4 days per week with 1 late night, ideally a Thursday.
* Performer number required for this position.
* Practice details: 5 well-established surgeries of over 25 years.
* Practice type: Mixed NHS and Private, with excellent earning potential for private procedures.
* Location details: Located within the same building as St Michaels Orthodontics, occupying the upper floor of the site.
* Team: 6 Associate Dentists and 1 Orthodontist.
* Community reputation: Joe Hendron and Catherine McCanny are well known locally and beyond.
Wakefield is centrally located in West Yorkshire, with easy access from the North, South, East, and West via major motorways including the A1, M1, and M62. It lies just south of Leeds and north of Barnsley, with Dewsbury to the west and Pontefract to the east.

Qualifications:
* BDS or equivalent qualification
* Current GDC registration
* Experience in NHS and/or private practice
* Proficiency in various dental procedures and treatments
* Excellent patient care and management skills
* Attention to detail and record-keeping
* Knowledge of NHS regulations and private practice operations
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and in a team
* Commitment to professional development
* Empathetic patient approach
