We have an excellent opportunity for a Construction Manager to join our team delivering our HMP Glasgow project.
HMP Glasgow is a flagship project for Kier Strategic Projects in Scotland, The construction manager will be responsible for the delivery of the front of house building, a £50 M + steel frame building that serves as the entrance to the campus
Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday
To deliver a high value, technically complex building achieving safety, programme, quality and budget targets.
To drive assigned project achieving completion in line with Kier standards and project targets empowering and guiding site team to perform.
To take overall responsibility for application of Kier's SHE policies and procedures ensuring that all employees and subcontractors on site comply.
To act as mentor, line manager and escalations point for site team, share knowledge and experience to help develop others.
Ensure that works comply with the Business Management System.
This role of Construction Manager is great for you if:
You have demonstrable experience of delivering high value buildings within a main contractor environment
You hold relevant Construction Qualification (degree/ HND/ SVQ)
You are IT literate including Word, Excel, ASTA Power Project or Microsoft Project.
Hold 5-day SMSTS, CSCS Card, First Aid Cert and Full UK Driving Licence.
