Job Description
3. Prepare accurate monthly management accounts and variance analysis
4. Provide insight into operational and commercial performance
5. Support budgeting, forecasting, and statutory reporting processes
6. Act as a business partner to departmental managers
7. Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements
8. Contribute to ad hoc financial analysis and special projects
9. Ensure compliance with financial controls and internal policies
The Successful Applicant
10. Part-qualified or finalist ACCA/CIMA with strong technical knowledge
11. Intermediate to advanced Excel and financial systems skills
12. Solid understanding of management and financial accounting principles
13. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
14. Effective communicator, able to engage and influence stakeholders
15. Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently
16. Committed to continuous improvement and process innovation
17. Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
