* Up to 10 years’ experience in power systems, with 3-5 years in net-zero grids.
* Strong understanding of grid management and power distribution.
* Ability to collaborate with energy providers and industry partners.
* Eligible for sponsorship (EU candidates are welcome).
Education:
* A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is essential.
* A Master’s degree or higher is a plus.
Experience:
* Hands-on experience in power system engineering, focusing on system design, analysis, and protection.
* Experience leading and managing engineering teams on large projects.
* Familiarity with power system modeling software such as ETAP, PSS/E, DigSILENT PowerFactory, CYME, or similar tools.
Skills & Expertise:
* Strong knowledge of power system components like transformers, circuit breakers, relays, and control systems.
* Expertise in power system analysis, protection, and control.
* Experience with renewable energy integration and grid modernization projects.
