In this role You will manage an existing portfolio of small, medium and strategic Apprenticeship and Skills partners and accounts whilst working as part of a larger team responsible for delivering the employer journey for the Apprenticeship element of the account. Interviews for this role will take place on-site, at one of our college campuses in Weston-super-Mare. Day to day duties of the role Highly focussed, proactive and professional apprenticeship employer engagement. Account Manage SME's and strategic employers in line with account management strategy and develop long term relationships with clients and employers. Attend account management meetings with key accounts, providing the latest data, progression, and achievement, within the employer threshold frequency times. Required skills and qualifications Industry knowledge of either a sales & recruitment company or training organisation. Skills and experience of working within a fast-paced environment.
