About the Role
KP Snacks is looking for an
Assistant Brand Manager
to support one of its priority brands, popchips, in a fast-paced FMCG environment. This role offers hands-on exposure to brand strategy, campaign delivery, innovation, and performance tracking, working closely with internal teams and external agencies.
You'll play a key role in bringing brand campaigns to life, supporting new product launches, managing budgets, and analysing brand performance to drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the delivery of the three-year brand vision and marketing strategy
* Manage cross-functional projects through the stage-and-gate process, supporting NPD and EPD launches
* Brief and collaborate with creative, media, and activation agencies on multi-channel campaigns
* Own monthly brand performance reporting, including P&L reviews, consumer and shopper metrics, and competitor analysis
* Manage marketing budgets, including PO management, spend tracking, and reporting
* Support major brand partnerships and campaign activations

What We're Looking For
* A passion for brands and marketing, ideally within FMCG
* A proactive, organised approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Strong communication skills and confidence working cross-functionally
* Some prior experience in marketing (internship, placement, or junior role)
* Interest in data analysis and performance reporting (desirable)
