Key Requirements: Strong communication skills with high levels of English A proactive attitude and commitment to student development Ideally, a degree in a curriculum subject (not essential) Experience working with young people (preferably in a school setting) A DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one) As a Cover Supervisor, you will supervise classes in the absence of teachers, ensuring students stay engaged and follow the lesson plan. You will help maintain a positive classroom environment, support students in their learning, and assist in ensuring lessons are delivered effectively.
