Principal Consultant Contract Fully Onsite Leeds
We are seeking an experienced Principal Consultant to lead Payroll cloud transformation programmes in a fully onsite role in Leeds for 6 months.
What You'll Do:
* Deliver end-to-end payroll transformation projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment.
* Provide expert guidance on Oracle Payroll best practices, compliance, and statutory requirements.
* Collaborate with stakeholders across business functions to define requirements and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
* Drive continuous improvement and innovation in Payroll processes through technology.
* Lead teams, fostering an environment of continuous learning and growth.
* Contribute to practice development and pre sales activities, enhancing service offerings and go-to-market.
Must-Have Skills:
* Client and stakeholder engagement/management
* Extensive knowledge of HCM technical tools including: HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formulas, Payroll Batch Loader
Top Responsibilities:
* Client coordination and effective communication
* Lead and assist in troubleshooting and resolving functional problems
Note: Candidates must demonstrate hands on experience in Payroll cloud transformation and strong expertise in Oracle HCM technical tools.
