Overview
Technology Delivery Lead Specialist - Newcastle role at Accenture UK & Ireland. The position requires you to work from the Newcastle, Cobalt Business Park office for a minimum of 3 days per week. Salary is competitive plus package (dependent on experience). BPSS and SC security clearance are required at the point of application, including five years of continuous UK address history.

* The ability to manage a number of critical client projects while navigating complex stakeholder landscapes.
* An adaptable approach to work with the ability to handle delivery-oriented tasks.
* A deep, broad understanding of delivery approaches and best practices; you may have experience in Service, Transition or Programme Management.
* Ability to translate technical information into business/operational-focused language and challenge assumptions as needed.
* Highly organised with experience guiding a team to meet short, medium and long-term objectives.
* Experience designing and implementing measurement and reporting of metrics to inform delivery improvements.
* Ability to identify opportunities for software delivery improvements and own the implementation of improvement activities.
* A strong service-oriented attitude with a cooperative and mature approach to working with clients, teams and as an individual.
* Excellent communications skills and experience delivering Agile at scale with multi-disciplinary teams.
* Aware of modern delivery operating models (DevOps) and familiar with Agile delivery tools for clear communications.
Set yourself apart
* Additional ITIL Service Management, Project Management, or Agile certifications.
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office products.
* Experience with Agile delivery tools (e.g. JIRA).
* Experience identifying opportunities for automation; familiarity with Health & Public Sector and GDS principles.
