Role

Customer Services Specialist within Nutmeg. You will be the first point of contact for both existing and new customers, providing an outstanding customer experience and ensuring that all queries are addressed in a timely manner. You will identify opportunities to help customers achieve their financial goals and refer them to the relevant Nutmeg contact when necessary. This role offers a fast-paced, dynamic environment where your passion for financial services and excellent communication skills are highly valued.


Responsibilities

* Acts as the first point of contact for Nutmeg customers, providing exceptional customer service and knowledge on the products and services to support customers in their financial journey.
* Communicates with customers via phone, email and secure messages to provide timely, high-quality responses.
* Uses soft skills to adapt tone to each customer to create a memorable experience while understanding their needs.
* Handles challenging conversations including potential complaints when necessary.


Required Qualifications, Capabilities And Skills

* Previous experience in supporting customers/clients.
* Passion for Financial Services, regardless of prior experience in this area.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with multitasking and critical thinking skills.
* Empathy, problem-solving mindset, and a passion for learning and self-development.
