Install mechanical and/or electrical components in accordance with the build sequence and project specifications. • Conduct thorough testing of electrical circuits; identify, diagnose, and resolve faults to ensure system functionality and compliance. • Perform fault-finding and corrective actions on both mechanical and electrical systems. • Install and commission air conditioning systems as required. • Carry out laminating tasks, when necessary, in line with project needs. • Mentor and support new employees at the same or lower grade, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices. • Complete all critical compliance checks and documentation within the boat file. • Tackle challenges head-on, adapting to overcome build obstacles and improve efficiency
