Lettings Manager Location: North London Type: Full-time, Permanent The Role We are looking for a driven and commercially minded Lettings Manager to join our North London office. This is a key role focused on winning new instructions, growing the managed portfolio, and driving lettings revenue. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, converting landlords, and building long-term relationships, while overseeing the lettings process to a high standard. This role would suit an ambitious lettings professional who thrives on targets, enjoys networking, and has a proven ability to bring new properties to market. Key Responsibilities Proactively generate new landlord instructions through canvassing, networking, valuations, referrals, and local market activity Conduct market appraisals and valuations, converting opportunities into instructions Grow and manage a portfolio of let and managed properties Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords, investors, and local contacts Drive lettings performance, ensuring income targets and KPIs are achieved Oversee the end-to-end lettings process, from instruction to move-in Work closely with the wider sales, property management, and marketing teams Keep up to date with lettings legislation and compliance requirements Represent the brand professionally in the local North London market About You Proven experience in residential lettings, ideally at Valuer or Manager level Strong track record of winning new business and securing new instructions Excellent knowledge of the North London lettings market Highly motivated, target-driven, and commercially aware Confident communicator with strong negotiation and closing skills Organised, proactive, and able to work independently Full UK driving licence (preferred) What We Offer £28-£30K Basic, £60K OTE £150 Car Mileage Clear progression opportunities within a growing business Supportive and entrepreneurial working environment Ongoing training and development The opportunity to make a real impact by growing your own portfolio Working Hours: Mon-Thu 9am-6:30pm, Fri 9am-6pm, Sat 9:30am - 4pm (5-day week) Dove & Hawk Property Recruitment acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of permanent workers.
