A leading London-based art consultancy is looking for a highly organised and detail-driven Production Coordinator to join their creative team. Specialising in luxury hospitality projects worldwide, they collaborate with artists, designers, galleries, and makers to deliver standout artwork collections.
This role blends art production, supplier coordination, and financial admin—ideal for someone who thrives on variety, deadlines, and creative problem-solving. You'll work closely with multiple departments, manage framing and print production, liaise with artists and vendors, help track budgets, and keep everything moving on time and within spec.
You’ll need:
1. Experience in purchase orders, invoicing, and managing production schedules
2. Familiarity with artwork handling, framing materials, and digital print processes
3. Strong knowledge of Excel, Photoshop, and Google Workspace
4. Confidence working independently and building solid supplier relationships
5. Experience with framers or working in a framing environment
6. Basic photo retouching or existing supplier contacts
7. A driving license
