Providing executive support, business administration, and personal assistance, this role is central to bringing structure and control to the founders’ day-to-day lives. You will act as a true right-hand partner, creating order, driving efficiency, and helping them operate at pace and scale. Beyond core EA responsibilities, you will be involved in wider business projects and operational initiatives, with the opportunity to shape the role and make it your own over time. Responsibilities will include: Managing high-volume email correspondence, prioritising key communications, and ensuring the founders remain on top of commitments Complex diary management, meeting coordination, and international travel arrangements across multiple time zones Acting as gatekeeper and ensuring effective prioritisation of time and focus for the founders Supporting ad-hoc business initiatives, research projects, and operational improvements across the company Providing high-level support for sensitive business and personal matters with complete discretion Personal support including errands, appointments, and day-to-day organisation to ensure seamless balance across work and life Acting as a key liaison between the founders, internal teams, investors, and external partners Supporting operational efficiency through the use of digital tools, automation, and smart systems Helping educate and embed best practice around EA support with the founders, including guiding them on how to fully leverage executive support effectively Getting involved in wider business projects as required, beyond traditional EA scope What We’re Looking For: Highly organised, proactive, and detail-focused - thrives in bringing structure to fast-paced environments Strong communicator with excellent written and verbal English Discreet, trustworthy, and confident handling sensitive information Adaptable, hands-on, and comfortable in a constantly evolving startup environment High-energy, resilient, and genuinely comfortable with a demanding workload and longer hours when needed Naturally resourceful and solutions-oriented, able to think ahead and problem-solve independently Tech-savvy, with confidence using productivity tools and systems to improve efficiency Positive, collaborative mindset, enjoys being part of a fun, social, and ambitious team environment
