What you’ll be doing… You’ll be at the heart of our hospitality operation, ensuring every bar service runs smoothly and exceeds expectations. Deliver seamless bar operations across match days, conferences, exhibitions, and special events Lead, brief, and coordinate bar teams, ensuring high standards of service, presentation, and performance Manage bar stock, ordering, and controls to stay within budget while maintaining quality Oversee cash handling procedures, including till operations and reconciliation Ensure all staff are correctly uniformed and fully briefed before events Conduct health & safety briefings and ensure full compliance with company and legal standards Work closely with the Operations team and Conference & Meetings team to support event delivery Support recruitment, training, and ongoing development of the hospitality bar team Assist with staffing levels and labour cost control in line with business needs Collaborate with Sales teams to support event planning and ensure bar logistics are effectively delivered Working pattern: 5 days out of 7 | 37.5 hours Per Week | Including Regular Evenings and Weekends.
