We are hiring a Technical Planner - Reactive to join our dynamic team and play a vital role in scheduling and coordinating technical reactive work across the UK & Ireland. You will be key to ensuring our clients’ needs are met promptly and efficiently, all while maintaining our high service standards.

This is a full time position and incudes weekend working on a shift rota basis. (1 in 4 weekends)
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Reactive Ticket Planning
1. Re-plan unresolved tickets from the previous day in a timely manner.
2. Manage client SLAs effectively and proactively.
3. Plan and dispatch reactive calls in accordance with geographical areas.
4. Optimise routing to minimise travel time and fuel consumption while maximising time at the machine.
5. Coordinate additional tasks such as alarms, filter changes, project work, and Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)
Planning & Scheduling
6. Proactively schedule maintenance activities such as filter exchanges, boiler inspections, installations, machine movements, and equipment uplifts.
7. Optimise routing for TJAs to minimise travel time, mileage, and fuel consumption.
Logistics Coordination
8. Ensure Technical Joy Ambassadors (TJAs) are on-site for installations and machine moves.
9. Communicate changes to plans swiftly and clearly in response to client demand.
10. Plan for senior accompaniment where needed based on site-specific challenges or TJA skill sets.
11. Coordinate boiler inspections by liaising with insurance inspectors to align visits with TJA availability.
12. Maintain an up-to-date schedule of works in accordance with contractual obligations.
Compliance
13. Ensure all TJAs have scheduled work aligned with daily call targets.
14. Strive for 100% plan compliance with efficient and realistic routing aiming for TJA individual targets. Ensure all boiler inspections comply with HSE (Health and Safety Executive) regulations
15. Confirm that all filter replacements and equipment installations are planned and completed according to client contracts.
Communication
16. Liaise closely with the Client Experience Centre regarding SLAs and scheduling.
17. Communicate PPM work changes and adapt plans to reflect last-minute modifications
18. Provide timely updates to clients and internal departments regarding scheduled works, including filter changes, inspections, and installations.
19. Adjust and communicate any changes to planned works in response to last-minute client modifications.
Requirements
20. Proven experience in planning and scheduling within a fast-paced environment.
21. Strong background in client communication and service coordination.
22. Prior experience in vending, FMCG, or related industries is a plus.
23. Excellent understanding of UK & Ireland geography for route optimisation.
24. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
25. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
26. Proactive problem-solving attitude and ability to adapt quickly.
27. Flexibility – Able to work at least one in six weekends.
28. Multiskilled to be able to cover holiday and sickness in planning team.
