ABOUT THE ROLE
The successful CDM Consultant will be responsible for:
1. Providing expert advice on all health and safety matters during design and planning stages of all projects
2. Advise clients of their responsibilities under the CDM regulations in the pre-construction phase
3. Acting as the main point of contact for all health and safety information
4. Review all health and safety design proposals
5. Eliminate and control potential risks by communicating with designers
REQUIREMENTS
About the requirements for the CDM Consultant:
6. Tech IOSH, Grad IOSH or CMIOSH member
7. NEBOSH general/construction certificate Diploma
