We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Parts Supervisor to join our client's award-winning motor factor business located in Shepton Mallet. Duties
* Processing customer parts orders via telephone and in person, upselling to increase sales
* Unpacking and checking deliveries, ensuring stock accuracy
* Supervising the parts centre in the absence of the Centre Manager
* Conducting outbound calls to promote products and increase business opportunities
* Building long-term relationships with local customers to foster loyalty
* Managing credits and returns efficiently by accurately fulfilling customer requirements
* Working efficiently within set deadlines, demonstrating organisation and punctuality
* Engaging proactively and enthusiastically with customers, demonstrating empathy and professionalism
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Parts Supervisor or similar role within the automotive industry
* Strong organisational and time management skills with excellent communication both face-to-face and over the phone
* IT literacy and familiarity with automotive parts software
* Professional and customer-focused attitude
* Supervisory or managerial experience is desirable but not essential
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating initiative and positivity
