Working closely with your client relationship manager, you will be responsible for completing various admin tasks accurately and in a timely manner. Your key responsibilities will include: · Managing orders and coordinating with the warehouse for efficient printing and distribution · Assisting account managers and CRMs with stock reports and system adjustments · Processing shipping labels and ensuring accurate order references for invoicing purposes · Utilising shipping calculators to determine shipping costs and maintaining knowledge of carrier preferences · Supporting the team in running KPIs and monitoring order volumes to optimise staffing levels · Collaborating with your CRM to complete daily, weekly, and monthly tasks · Assisting with invoicing tasks, such as running charge sheets and using logistics management systems To excel in this role, you should possess excellent organisational skills, be process-driven, and have strong communication abilities. Proficiency in Windows Office Packages is required, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team is vital.
