Carlsberg Britvic is the largest multi-beverage supplier in the UK and is home to some of the most iconic and popular beers & soft drinks, including Carlsberg Danish Pilsner, 1664, Poretti and Brooklyn to ale favourites such as Hobgoblin and Wainwright. For soft drinks, Carlsberg Britvic's brands include J2O, Robinsons, Tango and London Essence along with the licence rights to the Pepsi portfolio in the UK including Pepsi MAX, 7UP, Lipton Iced Tea and Rockstar Energy.

With a strong national footprint, the Carlsberg Britvic business includes 5 production facilities and 16 logistics depot's servicing customers up and down the UK. As these two historical businesses have come together, the one common goal remains, and that is ensuring our people succeed.



About the Role


Join Carlsberg Britvic, the UK's largest multi-beverage supplier, as a Senior National Account Manager in our Managed Hospitality Account team. In this field-based permanent position, you will lead a portfolio of customers and brands while managing a sales team to deliver commercial targets. You'll develop and implement effective sales strategies and execute our brand plans across our iconic portfolio of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. As the driving force behind your team's success, you'll provide clear direction, support, and motivation to help them excel and deliver against our ambitious growth plans.


Role Responsibilities

* Direct responsibility for budget delivery aligned with Carlsberg Britvic's ambitious growth plans
* Identify growth areas and secure new business opportunities that drive critical expansion
* Create and embed a performance management culture through effective coaching, feedback, and development opportunities
* Develop robust joint business plans that drive growth and share, including strategy, tactics, and promotional programs
* Lead cross-functional engagement to maximize commercial outcomes for customers and the business
* Establish and execute commercial plans to deliver/over-deliver against budgets while accurately forecasting demand
* Manage commercial risk and continually assess performance, resetting priorities when needed
* Lead a team of 3 direct reports, fostering diversity and inclusion while ensuring colleagues feel empowered and supported


Experience and Key Attributes

* Proven experience leading and developing high-performing commercial teams
* Track record of excellent performance and delivery of results in large commercial environments
* Ability to translate strategic plans into executable actions in a dynamic, competitive market
* Experience working with large national retailers and building world-class customer engagement
* Excellent communication skills at all levels, from engaging with teams to senior management
* Strong cross-functional collaboration skills to build aligned and robust plans
* Highly effective coaching and development abilities that foster personal accountability
