3. Process invoices, receipts, and payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
4. Maintain financial records and prepare reports for internal use.
5. Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts for the organisation.
6. Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
7. Support the finance team in audits and compliance activities.
8. Handle queries from internal and external stakeholders professionally.
9. Contribute to improving financial processes and systems where needed.
10. Provide general administrative support to the Accounting & Finance department.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Financial Assistant should have:
