The Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Account Executive (Structural Warranties) to join our team at Global Home Warranties Ltd. In this role, you will drive business growth and development across your assigned locations. Your key responsibilities include raising the profile of Global Home Warranties, identifying new business opportunities within the structural insurance warranty market, and securing projects through strong customer relationships. As a brand ambassador, you will consistently promote our company values and ethos. You will have annual targets tailored to your role, with regular reviews conducted by the Head of Sales. The Individual: Minimum of 5 GCSES (grades A-C) or equivalent (including Maths and English). You must have a minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience and a proven track record of annual sales margins and targets being met. You must also be IT literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft packages. It would be highly desirable for candidates to have sales experience within the Commercial insurance market and/or the construction industry.
