What will you be doing?
We are seeking an experienced Flowmaster Fluid Engineer with strong expertise in Flowmaster to support cutting-edge projects within the Nuclear sector. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a world-class engineering programme, contributing to the development of innovative and safety-critical technologies.
Your main responsibilities will be:
* Perform advanced thermal analysis and flow simulations using Flowmaster.
* Carry out pressure drop, heat transfer, and system performance calculations.
* Develop and validate models to support complex system designs.
* Collaborate with cross-disciplinary engineering teams (mechanical, systems, safety, and integration).
* Ensure all work is delivered to the highest technical and regulatory standards.
* Contribute to design reviews, technical reports, and project milestones.
Who are we looking for?
* Mandatory: Hands-on experience with Flowmaster software.
* Strong foundation in thermodynamics and fluid dynamics.
* Proven track record of delivering thermal and flow analysis within a technical engineering environment.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to apply engineering principles to safety-critical projects.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to work across multi-disciplinary teams.

Qualifications
Experience, skills and qualifications required:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related discipline.
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience in simulation and analysis roles.
* Background in nuclear, aerospace, or similarly regulated industries preferred.
* Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and design assurance processes.
