Learning Support Assistants
Location: Grays, Essex
Start Date: ASAP or Negotiable
Contract: Full-time / Part-time / Term-time only
Responsibilities
* Work closely with class teachers to support pupils learning.
* Provide one-to-one or small group support, including for children with additional needs.
* Help create a positive, safe and stimulating classroom environment.
* Foster children\'s confidence, independence, and love of learning.
What we are looking for
* Has a genuine passion for working with children.
* Is flexible, nurturing, and able to build strong relationships.
* Ideally has experience in an educational or care setting (though not essential - full training provided).
* Understands the importance of safeguarding and child development.
