Location: Willenhall
Salary: £25,000 per annum + Commission
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven Internal Sales Representative to join a friendly and growing team based in Willenhall. This is an exciting time to come on board as the business expands into new markets.
You’ll play a key role in building relationships with new and existing customers, following up on marketing campaigns, and helping to drive sales growth while delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:

 Contact new and existing customers to promote products and services.
 * 
 Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and long-term partnerships.
 * 
 Follow up on marketing campaigns and leads to identify opportunities.
 * 
 Maintain accurate records of customer activity and sales progress.
 * 
 Work collaboratively with colleagues in sales, marketing, and administration.
 * 
 Achieve individual and team sales targets.
About You:

 Confident, friendly communicator with a positive attitude.
 * 
 Self-motivated and target-driven, with a genuine passion for sales and service.
 * 
 Organised and detail-focused with strong time management skills.
 * 
 Able to work independently as well as part of a close-knit team.
 * 
 Previous experience in internal sales, telesales, or account management is preferred.
What’s on Offer:

 Salary: £25,000 + commission.
 * 
 Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm.
 * 
 Contract Type: 12-week temporary to permanent opportunity, offering long-term stability for the right person.
 *
