We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing manufacturing business for a Continuous Improvement Engineer to join their site in Telford. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on CI professional to take ownership of driving operational excellence across manufacturing and warehousing, delivering measurable improvements in quality, cost, delivery, and safety. The Role As Continuous Improvement Engineer, you will play a key role in embedding a culture of continuous improvement and right-first-time performance across the site. You’ll lead initiatives that enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall service levels to customers.
