As a Support Worker, you will: Help young people access education and community activities Support the development of daily living and social skills Administer medication and provide personal care when required Participate in planning and attending day trips and events Contribute to a supportive, caring team environment This is a rewarding and varied role, ideal for someone who is passionate about making a meaningful difference in young peoples lives.
