Head of Enduring Operations

The Head of Enduring Operations is a senior level member of the management team. They are a visible champion across operations responsible for designing and developing our future operating model to support our Ops 24 vision which they will provide present and future direction and goal setting.
This person will manage the initiative including, people development and management, financial management, business planning, partner, and vendor management.
What will you be doing?
* Influencing key internal stakeholders to ensure our alignment to Ops24 strategy that underpins our customer needs.
* Actively contributing to the overall team strategy and take overall accountabilities for all aspects of Ops 24 team
* Managing and delivering functional business plan, financial and resourcing plans.
* Drive the creation and ongoing management of Ops 24 policies designed to underpin our customer needs and drive our suppliers’ behaviours
* Working collaboratively with wider Operational Directors, support the shape and design of the E2E Operational teams and capabilities building out a short to long term Process map that allows for the future agile integration of new services and products.
